“These are so hard to find and I know why! WOW! If the standard Blanco wasn’t awesome enough they had to go and kick it up a notch or three! It’s made with 50% rainwater and 50% spring water. Although this is an excellent Blanco, when Vinepair rated G4 as the Tequila of the Year which might explain the price and scarcity of the product. I do really “love” this tequila- is that too strong of a word? It’s definitely an approachable Blanco with fresh, clean, crisp aromas and flavors of smooth sweet cooked agave, light herbaceousness and earthiness with a long finish. The pepper is balanced - it doesn’t hit you in the face and it reminds me of white pepper and peppermint. For me, this is a sipper. I wouldn’t mix this or garnish with anything. It’s stands on its own as a delightful Blanco. As always, ALL expressions are 100% additive-free, craft tequilas and each one has a little difference in the process and the outcomes are unique.”

“Aldez Blanco organic is exceptionally pleasing to taste as well as the aromas from beginning to the end. It is well balanced from the first sip to the last. The nose reveals cooked agave, clean and crisp aromas of pepper and citrus. On the palate, the pleasant gentle sweetness of the cooked agave is quickly followed by a terroir-driven earthiness, delightful pepperiness reminiscent of jalapeños and white pepper with a long, crisp finish with touches of citrus zest. Aldez Blanco has such a long and satisfying finish. Every sip makes you crave the next.”
