Nose: Plenty to occupy your senses here. Sweet fruit and agave start. Spicy punches of cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, pepper, vanilla and coconut. Followed up with a mellow caramel note, citrus and earthiness. Flavor: Big pop of pepper heat from mid to back palate. Semi oily. Caramel follows the nose, with some grilled pineapple and citrus. Baking spices continue to tease. Finish has some bitter elements.

Aroma has hint of agave. Flavor of pepper and oak. Finish is mild.

Nice agave flavor. Not much spice, but not sweet either. Very pleasant. I rated over their Anejo, which I found a touch sweet, although from aging, not from additives.

38% alc. Vol. a 20 ° C. Marbete/bottled aprox. 2004. Yellowish front label with plastic twist cap. Color is very pale yellow. Nose is on minerality, cooked agave with a lot of white pepper and even some black pepper which is much more intense. Palate starts off very mineral, then slight sweetness of agave and then finishes in pepper spices. Finish is medium to long from the pepper spices which sort of dominates the finish.
