Tequila Honey Badger
Aroma of sauerkraut (which I like!), thick and oily mouth feel, but it's very hot - not for the timid, as this is 110 proof. Creamy nice finish. Not too sweet, not overly bitter. Nicely done.

Found this at a small Mercado and it only comes in a 375ml bottle. At first the nose is overpowering high octane that hides everything except the agave. And you better have a palate that can handle the heat because this is fire, that said once you let this rest for about 30 minutes all the cooking of the agave start coming through with baking spices and some hints of Anise…
Inexpensive high proof blanco, responsibly made you say? Yes please! Available in a 375ml size this great bargain blanco works well for giving a kick to a home barrel aged tequila. Nice agave notes on the nose and some heat and roast caramelized agave in the mouth make this a sleeper that is ignored by many.
