Aroma: Orange zest, floral: roses, cream soda, Flavor: a little viscous, floral notes, I get some of the vine cask-but doesn’t overpower - some Medicinal notes- Finish: short-medium flavors linger a bit on palate but then fizzle *not terrible- as it sits more initial flavors fade a bit

Light nose of oak, vanilla, and a sweet cooked agave. A similar blend across the palate with some brown sugar, with a sweet and very mellow finish, a pleasant evening sipper.

NOM 1068 Agave, spice (cinnamon, pepper), tropical fruit, citrus, caramel, oak was very present and then went away. Over ripe green pepper and minerality trying to come through. Pleasant and inoffensive with no pop. The complexity is very subtle. Maybe should be a high proof with less time in the barrel.

Lacking complexity for the price tag. Not bad but lots of better options out there for half the cost

This is just hit me wrong. The aroma has some agave, some caramel and some pepper but it was also musty smelling with metallic and alcohol- but not in a good way. The flavor was tough - agave, yes, but also metallic and musty as well as hints of acetone and ammonia. The finish was harsh and bitter. Maybe my taster is broke today.

Strong oak flavor reminiscent of bourbon. Slight medicinal after taste.

Nice complex aroma. Fruit heavy up front. Hints of spice and vanilla. lovely finish that reminds you this is tequila after all.

on the nose, it smells like chemicals, and the taste reflects that. Along with a finish that lasts way too long and just leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Way over priced for a tequila that clearly has additives.

Smooth, subtle sweetness.

I'm not sure what to think of this. It's possesses a level of sweetness that strikes me as unnatural, and the same situation exists with the cinnamon. Will revisit another day.

Bottle is normally $95 on sip tequila....but they had a special where you spend $100 on any bottle, and you get this free. A) Hard to hate on free tequila B) would never pay $95 for this ***update - This is starting to grow on me. Bumped from 85 to 87

Compoveda Reposado drinks more like an anjeo. An addative laden expression that comes through in the aroma, color, and taste. It is priced at the higher spectrum of reposados ($95 @ Sip Tequila). While this is well balanced and smooth, I find it too sweet for my palate.
