This bottle shows the capability of John DeRosiers of Cambio… this is a work of ingenuity and brilliance, brought alive by a master chef and sommelier. From its bold aroma to its thick oily mouthfeel, this bottle hits on all cylinders. It’s still Tequila but damn does it explode with flavors indicative of Cambios core profile as well as many unique wine notes. I’ve never ordered a 2nd bottle faster than this one. I hope to be able to enjoy it for years to come. Bravo!
