On the palate, citrus and earth take the lead, the latter leaning toward a starchy, potato-like character. Pepper adds a subtle prickle, while the expected cooked agave remains elusive, replaced instead by a vague, earthy sweetness that lacks definition. The profile feels more textural than flavorful, with familiar elements present but not fully articulated. The finish is clean and relatively short, marked by a brief flash of citrus freshness before fading quietly, leaving behind a dry, uneventful impression.
Aroma of cooked agave, vanilla and a hint of vegetal. Flavor of cooked, black pepper, vanilla and artificial sweetener. The finish didn't last long. Maybe okay as a mixer.
