NOM1477, Mexican 40% abv. version, lote: LPH8860423, bottled on 15-05-2023, tasted on 6-5-24. Aromas: light cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, light acidity, hint of citrus, hint of sourness, light green vegetal notes, after 15 minutes in the glass a light agave fiber aroma emerges. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, ends with a light unnatural sweetness, and after that a tad bitter. Finish is medium, hint of cooked agave with light agave fibers, hint of green vegetal notes and a light unnatural sweetness persists.
