2001- On the nose: cooked agave, cinnamon, cream soda, wood, grape, black cherry, On the pallet: cinnamon, oak, rootbeer, vanilla This was a treat. 2001 vintage bottle so I wasn’t sure where it was going to go. It’s complex, has almost añejo depth to the barrel flavors but in a great way! Doesn’t necessarily have that old juice sweetness but it’s delicious!
