NOM 1413. Nose: Initial impression of acidity/cider. Followed up with fruitiness, agave and pepper. Fairly muted aromas. Flavor: Some barrel spices and pepper, straw and nuts. Sweet, but with an aftertaste.
NOM 1413 Aroma: There is a dusty, earthy quality to the nose. A hint of agave, fruitiness and citrus. An aroma reminding me of a tin can Flavor: Brown sugar and pepper. Thin in the mouth. Muddled spices that are hard to identify. Bitter on the finish. Maybe would work in a Paloma or Margarita?
