Nose: Earthy notes, agave, vanilla and cherry. Flavors are not timid. Hot cinnamon, cloves and barrel spices. Jalapeño and almonds and dried fruit.

Aromas: light cooked agave with light sweetness, hint of earthiness, light green vegetal notes, light acidity, hint of sourness, hint of citrus. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, light fruitiness, light vanilla, quite sweet on the palate. Good sweet sour and acidic balance. Finish is medium to medium long, light cooked agave with light sweetness, light fruitiness, hint of vanilla with a hint of earthy note persists.
