Nose: Big fruit, agave and caramel beginning. There are some yeasty, lactic notes, and a hint of caraway. Palate: Viscous. Cherry, butterscotch, and piquant pepper. Agave still front and center with baking spices. A hint of ginger. Finishes in a long peppery fashion. Of special note: This is an additive free line of tequilas.
