Decent stuff. Nothing great, nothing bad

  • 85 Rating

Nice barrel nose and decent palate with some sweetness

  • 84 Rating

Solid repo with decent flavor for the price

A nice surprise, this is agave forward in the nose and follows through to taste. A bit thin on the back end for me but that’s my only critique, this is a well made and approachable Tequila

Better than the blonco. Mellows our the vegetal/earthy funk. Nice easy sipper.

Agave, Citrus, Caramel, vanilla on the nose …..aromas come out when it has had a chance to sit and open up a bit ….. slight heat some bite … agave and citrus on the mouth …. Some Vinny and barrel. Not a bad sipper

Aroma is clean and complex enough to be interesting and is where this one shines. Flavor is respectable, a bit metallic, but doesn’t do the aroma justice. Finish is lacking as it sits a little bitter. Plenty of alcohol on the finish which isn’t usually a liability at all, but in this case serves to enhance some of the metallic bitterness, so this weighs in at “fair” for finish. Has some interesting tasting notes, enough to make this a fun experience, but nothing mind blowing.

Light aromas of vanilla and warm grass Flavor is vegetal and lightly sweet, lots of heat and caramel. Finish is warm and full with a sweet finish and a subtle taste of brown spices. Other hints of citrus and grassiness, hints of agave and spice, and toasted oak.

Nice and smooth Repo. Oak-Carmel and a bit of pepper. Love the way it sits on the tongue.

  • 79 Rating

smooth and good toasted agave flavor, with bitter smokey finish, which i like less.

Aroma: cedar, light carmel, sweet agave. Taste sweet roast slight mineral sharp burn (slightly numbing).

  • 84 Rating

Slight pepper but smooth. Agave

Fair amount of vanilla and caramel but also spicy like black pepper. Very good

Aroma: smells like tequila? Kind of generic smelling. Neither good nor bad. Just eh, it's tequila. All I get is the cooked agave Taste: also medium in taste. It would be easy to drink. Just middle ground. Mouth Feel: easy to drink. Doesn't linger. Nothing remarkable.

found it raw, harsh and burned my lips. definitely not a sipping tequila. I'd pour it down the drain if I hadn't spent $90 on this garbage. I'll likely use it in mixed drinks... at some point. or pour it down the drain eventually. purchased a bottle as a gift before I tried it... never again

Solid Repo. Nice amount of barrel influence. Balanced flavours of agave caramel and oak. Slight heat on the finish, very good.

Agave was not first or second note I picked up. Taste was not bad with pepper coming in after cinnamon. Will give this tequila is budget friendly with starting price at $30 locally.

flavored cotton candy. Undrinkable if you like agave.

  • 86 Rating

Sweet, smooth hints of agave and pepper. Not overly peppery

  • 85 Rating

Sweet on the nose, peppery on the tongue with vanilla and citrus notes

  • 82 Rating

smokey marshmallow, big alcohol burn.mild veg and agave. flav mild agave slight caramel , fi ish is smooth but boozey

  • 64 Rating

Not overwhelmingly sweet, it’s rather underwhelming. It’s not sweet enough to be suspicious of having sweeteners. Agave notes are mild. It’s very dark for a reposado, probably caramel coloring. Given that this tequila is advertised as “smooth” it’s likely there’s the presence of glycerin to help with mouth-feel.

Light grasss/vanilla aroma. Earthly flavour. Agave forward with hints of soil

  • 87 Rating

Really surprising distinctive tequila. Aroma of citrus and cloves. Cooked agave and coffee flavour with a hint of vanilla. Finish of pepper and citrus. Love it.
