Nose is agave, pepper, decent, Pallet is thin & bitter, some sweet notes

The nose on this is really nice. Fruity, apricot, agave, The palate is a let down for me. I really thought this would blow me away. It good but thin and slightly bitter.

Great spice, dried fruit, cooked agave, the flavor lingers. Very enjoyable. Outstanding

ADJ barricas repo 44abv Finished in PEAR WOOD casks from JURA, FRANCE Nose is amazing. Notes of pear? (i would have said apple if I didn't know it was finished in pear wood casks), barrel spice, anise and mild alcohol (this was a neck pour that I let sit and open for about 30 mins) The sweet cooked agave still shines on the palate, along with fruit and barrel spice The finish is mellow with lingering heat Love! tried again a couple times. still really enjoying this one

Bottled on 09/10/25 tasted on 5-12-26. Color: yellow to dark yellow. Aroma: light cooked agave, hint of camphor wood, light acidity, hint of earthiness, hint of fruitiness. Palate: confirms aromas perceived and the fruit note is more noticeable on the palate, hint of pepper spiciness, ends a tad acidic and tannic but not dry. Finish is medium to long, light cooked agave with a hint of fruitiness and a hint of camphor wood note persists. Good thing cooked agave note is still present.
