Lot 7. This is good but not my favorite lot. Cooked agave and vanilla on the nose. Nice palate of agave, earth, minerality. Good finish.

Nice nose of sweet cooked agave. Citrus, lemon zest, orange peel. Light barrel notes. Cinnamon. Nice and tasty palate. Black pepper, agave, oak, cinnamon, caramel and earthy. Dark Chocolate. Good finish and mouthfeel.

This was a really unique and enjoyable pour. Bright, complex, and full of character. Definitely a standout blanco with some intriguing depth. On the nose, the cooked agave comes through strong and vibrant, joined by black pepper and fresh citrus. Briny notes add a savory edge, while vegetal and earthy tones give it a rustic backbone. A subtle touch of anise rounds it out with a nice hint of spice. On the palate, the cooked agave leads the way again, layered with black pepper and citrus zest. Brine gives it a savory kick, while vanilla and cinnamon bring just enough warmth to balance things out. There’s a vegetal streak that keeps it grounded, and a buttery texture that makes the sip feel rich and silky. Overall, this is a bold and well-crafted blanco that manages to be both lively and layered. An excellent tequila that delivers plenty of complexity while staying true to its agave core.

Cooked agave comes forward with a raw, earthy edge, joined by fresh vegetal tones. Brine and citrus lift it with brightness, while black pepper comes through, giving it both sharpness and depth. Palate & Mouthfeel: Medium full in body, coating yet nimble. Cooked agave holds steady, layered with black pepper and a savory touch of salted butter. Citrus adds a clean snap, while cinnamon and vanilla bring warmth without overwhelming. The vegetal notes reappear, tying the flavors back to the nose in a seamless way. Finish: Balanced and deliberate, with agave, black pepper, and vanilla moving in unison. It lingers with presence but cleans up gracefully, never overstaying. Final Thoughts: Batch 7 shows remarkable clarity - a standout blanco that manages intensity and balance in equal measure. A bottle well worth seeking.
