“I struggle with this tequila because I try too hard to like it. My first impression is always “soapy.” Tonight, someone suggested it had an orange element. I decided to squeeze a wedge of orange into mine and found it to be perfecto. Mind you, I never put fruit in my tequila (not even lime), but the orange really worked with Dobel. Go figure,”

The more I try expensive tequilas, many of which I find to be excellent, the more I consider Espolon to be one of the best values out there. Blanco mixes well, and Repo sips neat or on ice. Black, if you can find it, is top notch.”
