“Strong aroma -a very sweet and peppery scent. Strong sweet flavor with a strong pepper bite. Lowest grade of alcohol permited at 35% ABV so full of distillate. Very inexpensive a great bargain. Fabulous for mixing since it has a strong sweet peppery taste. A nice Oro tequila. ”

“The scent and taste is very reminiscent to Sauza blanco. The taste is extremely sweet. The finish is smooth. The value is there since this is among the best priced tequilas. They have a Blanco, Joven and Añejo. Great value for the price. Great alone or for cocktail mixing. No hang-over. Fair to say it’s better than José Cuervo Tradicional or any of the Jimador presentations. ”

“Because it is a blanco with a touch of añejo the aroma is superb. The lower ABV also contributes to great aroma and richer flavor. Herbal and Sweet tasting. One of the best bargains for both mixed drinks or plain shots . ”

“Excellent strong pleasant agave aroma. Very smooth for a blanco. Wish it had a few points less in ABV (I had the 38% Mexican Blanco bottle). Very herbal and amazingly smooth finish. The ethanol content surfaces at the end to the point it tastes a bit vodka-ish - a lower ABV would do this bottle wonders. 30%-35%. An excellent 2x distilled blanco straight from the tap. ”

“The nose is amazing. Has a sweet cocktail aroma. The taste is very sweet and fruity. The finish is quite a contrast, it is super dry and with a very strong ethanol after-taste --leaves a considerable bite. ”

“The aroma is sweet, almost smells like it's already a margarita ready to drink. The softest pure Blanco at a great bargain. No stringent aftertaste. Made with traditionally processes. In new white oak aged about 3 months --Ultra premium Platinum. One of the last All-Mexican owned distilleries. Orendain. ”

“Not a real strong scent. It is a reposado but filtered to look like a blanco and it tastes like neither a Reposado nor like a Blanco. It is quite sweet and leaves a strong spicy peppery after-taste. I would consider this more like a Joven. The Maestro Dobel Silver (Blanco) is much better and far more popular among tequila purists for this brand. For a filtered reposado (or Añejo), I would prefer the Herradura Ultra. ”

“Cazadores Blanco is among Mexico's most bought Tequila Blanco. A nice mix of raw and cooked agave flavors. Fruity and herbal honey smell. A sweet, yet complex fruity flavor at first with a mild peppery after-taste. Since it is inexpensive--yet good quality--it makes a great value.”

“This blanco tequila is very good grade and very economical. It is made by among one of the oldest manufacturers of Tequila, Jalisco. If you are mixing ANY type of cocktail it is wise to use a blanco tequila that is not aged as it would be a waste to interfere with the taste impregnated by the ageing barrel, and you only want the raw and cooked agave flavor to come through in the cocktail. The affordable price of this high grade white tequila makes it the perfect tequila for mixing any cocktail. Great quality. Massive value. ”

“Smell light herbal fruty smell. Not over powering of wood at all like some añejos. Taste is incredibly sweet. Toffee and caramel followed by vanilla and honey. The finish is smooth and not astringent at all. The value is okay considering it is actually a blend of two añejos -- Herradura Añejo and Herradura Selección Suprema which is an extra-añejo. the product is post filtered. So the color is removed but the smoothness remains. ”
