“Nose: vanilla, caramel, amber, agave Taste: vanilla, caramel, agave, oak I have a novice palate but found this to be very smooth with enough complexity to be entertaining. On the finish I found a flavor that I typically associate with the pairing of blue cheese and tawny port wine. It isn’t attributed to either of those ingredients alone and I don’t know exactly what to call it. ”
