I detect heavy vanilla and artificial sweetener in both aroma and flavor. The finish has a prevalent alcohol presence. It was a bit better than I remembered it being.

Aromas are sweet as tropical fruits and herbal notes. Didn’t smell agave… low rated there Flavor is metallic, herbal, notes of fake fruit (tropical, peach, pineapple). Get a ting of pepper and tamarind. Short term and once again no agave, feels like a flavored rum. Could have a better rating if it was not classified as tequila. Cool bottle though!

Aroma; vanilla and citrus but lacks agave aroma. Palate: sweet agave, vanilla, floral, herbal, citrus, zest, lime, white pepper. Finish is short and lacks agave, but is fruity and light peppery.

Tasted as counterpoint to all the good tequila at NWAF.

I tasted this blind so i had no bias. The aroma wasn’t bad, actually. But, the taste was moderately artificial. It was hard to get past the sweetness. I kept thinking that it was drinking like a reposado or a mixto, but it was clear. (Which it IS a reposado, stripped of its colors and put in a perfume bottle). I love blancos and I don’t like to be fooled. There was some agave, pepper and citrus present, but it didn’t seem 100 percent natural.

I was hoping there would be a significant improvement over Cazadores but this clings on to the boozy and sunflower seed shell taste that I associate with this distillery. If this is the only 100% agave then drink away, otherwise I would give it a miss. I wonder if this is going to even exist in 5 years after the Patron acquisition?!

Corzo Silver Blanco is nothing more than Cazadores Reposado that's redistilled for the third time, making it clear. It has an artificial, hot and bland, typical diffuser profile. Buy another tequila....this is junk.

like a girl with a hot temper. hot, spicy then gone! bulk of burn disappears quickly but slight finish is long. buttery, peppery, solid

Sampled this from a 50ml bottle. Pepper, alcohol and very minty on taste. The smell is somewhat off-putting.

A complex Tequila to taste. In view, clean, transparent, silver tones and shoulders, a crystal clear tequila. In nose, it’s a simple tequila, high alcohol impact, low aroma to agave and herbal notes as peppermint, spearmint and laurel. In mouth, it’s a nice tequila, with a strong flavor to peppermint in the back taste. Has wood flavor. Bottle design is very nice, a good choice for a gift.

Damn this pairs nicely with a grilled cheese.

Nose: Buttery , butterscotch and vanilla. A faint hint of agave. Taste: A caramel and vanilla sweetness that blinds the taste buds to the faint cooked agave that subtlety lingers in the back. It finishes with a slight black pepper note and a chemical minerallity that isn't very pleasant. Overall: Not very good and way overpriced. No complexity with a almost artificially tasting sweetness. It just doesn't do it for me. Some people just starting to get into the spirit might like it but if you want real tasting tequila don't waste your money on this.

really missing the Agave flavor here but it picked up a ton of citrus and dash of pepper not really sure about this one. I'll give this one about a 67

Delish. Gives me a throb-on of Biblical portions. I used to hate it because of its intrinsically gimmicky nature, but now I realize that it’s Relish McDelish. And anyone who dares to take issue with me will meet an end darker than the most remote corner of the forgotten abysses of the pacific. Come, you sceptics! Come, you sojourners of easy, particleboard truth! Let the unrest of the wind and the slow rocking of the ages loosen your thin nails and weaken your rusty hinges! Then who will warm your weak guts and blush your pallid hollow cheeks? Neither Corzo nor the broth of my snooty kitchen!

Restaurants love to push it as a top shelf option. Seems more like a mass produced 1800 than a good tequila. Nothing to see here, move along.
