String cheese aroma with a harsh alcohol finish. Rind and cheese flavor.
Aroma of agave, brine(saltiness), white pepper Taste of cooked agave, fruit(apricots) brine, white pepper,
The Blanco tastes floral and sweet on top of a spicy citrus of white pepper and grapefruit. This one has long legs and coats the mouth well, delivering pleasant waves of flavor that continue to vibrate on your tongue. This is a nice sipper that packs some punch, which will also make it a star in cocktails. Tastes like a high proof Blanco (it’s not), in a good way!
NOM1414 - Gran Dovejo, Siembra Azul and now Juan Lobo. I smell white pepper and citrus with some faint vanilla. I taste sweet agave, minerals and some brine on the finish. It’s an easy drinker. Great for tequila newbies to sip neat and as a daily drinker for all. It’s $36 locally so stock up. ¡Salud! - AustinTequilaConnoisseurs
Nice aromatic blanco from 1414. This has some strong floral notes as well as roast agave on the nose. Sipping reveals agave, ripe fruit, some natural sweetness and a very nice finish where ethanol fades to some lingering sweet agave.

Smooth citrus forward that trails off to sweet agave with a warm brineyness
Citrus and agave on the nose. A slight funkiness in a good way. The taste nice and oily with a tingle on the tip of the tongue and a nice warm finish. A little bit high in price in Colorado cost a couple points. I would recomend it.
Citrus, wet earth notes with white pepper, good Nom but the value for a great Blanco could be found else where.
Beautiful Agave but one dimensional, very smooth without much character. Could do worse for sure but not a fan for price.
Good value but for NOM 1414, I felt this was boring. Normally I love NOM 1414, this is good but not exciting.
First time with Aroma, got floral notes with faint hints of cheese. A mild Aroma for me but was very pleasantly surprised on the flavor profile. Got cooked agave, floral sweet notes, and finishes with some citrus and white pepper. The more I sipped on it and let it open up, I really enjoyed it. Can’t wait to come back for round 2.
On the nose I get cooked agave , peppery, and I get a light cheese smell in a good way. Taste is very mild , nice cooked agave,I think it’s a good beginners blanco
This is a tequila that demands a bit of opening up. The first smell and taste are odd (I almost sense a blue cheese-like aroma) but then it mellows and it surprises you at the finish. At first sip I didn’t like it, after the third I was hooked- very rare for me. The burn is moderate. It’s not too sweet. And there is a bit of mature oak somewhere in there. It turns into a sipping tequila after it sits in the open for a bit and it can carry you all night!
1st tasting and will update if 2nd/3rd tastings are different. Unbalanced flavors of agave sweetness and some pepper & minerals. Not really a sipper for me but will likely make a great Margarita. 2nd tasting: let it breathe considerably longer and I’m changing my score from 80 to 83.
Aroma very mellow but flavor refreshing. Very long legs on the glass. It may very well be the classical music but not a bad Blanco from 1414 here! Second go around, 2/27/21, I’m digging this Blanco definitely growing on me. Sweet but not overly sweet; finish could be longer; good Blanco for newbies and aficionados alike! 2/13/22 - Still one of my favs but doing side by side with Fortaleza and need to adjust down one point. Brine more prevalent than previous great balance of flavor and burn.
nom 1414 a great Blanco slight floral notes with agave and mild peppermint taste. good finish that builds with a mild heat at the end

Nice aroma with a fair bit of citrus but also a bit of funk. Very easy drinking. Soft. Citrus. Lemongrass. A tad disjointed with a wee bit of sourness that costs a couple points Long pleasant finish.
