“Perhaps my favorite high proof. Lost a few points on aroma - couldn’t get much other than velvety round notes of agave. Different story on the palate- an explosion of flavors including agave, minerals, cinnamon, pepper, jalapeño … many layers of flavor. Med to full heat on the finish and in the best way possible! ”
