Rustic dirt taste in a good way, with bright cooked agave, little minerality, and a slight bit of leather on the end

Not a lot of complexity, more vegetal notes and mint. Very solid though.

A very clean tasting tequila with mild agave flavor. Approachable for new tequila enthusiasts as there aren’t overpowering notes of alcohol or burn.

This nose is clean but don’t worry the cooked agave still appears first and it’s followed by some light citrus and minerals. Some mint and melon pop up too. The body is thin but it’s packed with flavor. - There’s agave front and center that’s quickly followed by a pleasant herbal note and then pepper. There’s an earthiness quality on the mid palate. The pepper takes lead into the finish but there’s still some vegetal earthy minerals that linger.

Aroma: intense cooked agave, herbaceous, light mint, dark flowers, light bitterness, good sweet sour & acidic balance. Earthy, 30 minutes in the glass the agave note becomes sweeter with a pungent sweetness, rose petals. Expressive aromatic green notes. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, agave is sweeter than on the nose. Finish is medium to long, sweet cooked agave with aromatic green notes persist.

Nose. Citrus. Minty like a mojito Pepper and minerals. Cooked agave. Taste. Maple water. Vegetal and mineral. Finish. Mild black pepper. Not too shabby.

Aroma: pear, herbal, black pepper, green apple, peppermint, dried fruit, lemon. Taste: white pepper, green apple, pear, honey as primary notes with the herbal and pepper more on the finish. As you continue drinking you begin to taste citrusy notes, lemon & anise. Overall very inviting, subtle yet complete finish. The only reason why I didn’t rate it higher is because it’s slightly overpriced.
