“Nose: Cooked agave, olive brine, green pepper, faint nutmeg Taste: Closely follows the nose, cooked agave, olive brine, green pepper and some light floral notes Finish: a little bitter, green notes of olive and pepper, with some light floralness continue I don’t know that I’d be very quick to recommend this one over other options that you can find at a lower price point. ”

“Aroma: anise, agave, pepper, mint, peppery herbal note. Taste: cooked agave, sharp cracked pepper, mint, minerality, slight olive brine Value is low. It’s a great tasting Tequila, very approachable, but it’s hard to justify an 80 proof blanco at this price.”

“Went back to back with the valley expression and so I think that skewed my rating with how much I love the valley expression. This has strong anise notes that personally aren’t for me. Putting that aside though, great mouthfeel, easy to sip, another great one from Lost Lore. Taste: cooked agave, anise, slight olive brine, and fruit in the finish.”

“A sweeter, softer version of their regular blanco. Aroma: agave, cracked black pepper, minerals, herbs, slight anise Taste: cooked agave, herbs, black pepper, wet stone minerality Finish: pepper, minerality, slight anise The price point is unfortunately a value killer.”

“Aroma: Right off the bat I relate the smell to a funky rice cracker. Funky agave, anise, black pepper, olive brine, slight earth and fruit Taste: sweeter but similar taste. Cooked agave, anise, minerals, black pepper, cinnamon. Not bad for sub $40, but there’s a flavor there that really bugs me. Unfortunately not a bottle I’d sit down and sip.”

“Nose: agave, oak, faint butterscotch Taste: a little bland overall, the agave comes through with the oak and sweet caramel notes, but there’s a bitterness and an ethanol bite to it. Finish: lingering caramel sweetness and tingling ethanol, and bitter aftertaste. For $50, there are other Reposados I’d spend my money on. Not great value.”

“A surprisingly nice buy as a Total Wine spirits direct brand. Aroma: cooked agave, anise, green pepper, mint, a touch of citrus and floral notes. Taste: cooked agave, floral, anise, green pepper Finish: green pepper and dried fruit Reminds me quite a bit of Casa Azul Organico Blanco profile. Different but lots of similar notes. It’s a good value at $40, even better if it's priced lower or on sale. ”

“Was very bitter on the initial taste, originally thought it might be mixed with diffuser juice. But it opened up as it sat out. Very strong black pepper profile. Aroma: agave, black pepper, green pepper, faint citrus Taste: cooked agave, black pepper, herbs Finish: cinnamon and honey ”

“Nose: Sweet aromas of vanilla, caramel, honey, and cooked agave lead, followed by cinnamon, baking spices, musty oak, and faint fruit notes. Taste: Honey and cooked agave dominate, with caramel, baking spices, citrus, and oak rounding out the palate. Finish: Citrus and baking spices persist, closing with a light touch of anise. The price point takes away some value points for me”
