The aromas are pronounced and clean. There’s bright green agave, lemon and lime citrus zest, and some earthy green vegetal notes. The flavors are also bright. The agave is up front, and the citrus follows with some natural sweetness from the cooked agaves. Some white pepper then creeps in right before the finish. The cooked agave sweetness and white pepper make up the classical finish. Overall, this is a quality tequila that can be sipped and used in your tequila cocktails. Retailing around 50 bucks and offered at 40% ABV. The bottle art was created by Austin, Texas, tattoo artist, Billy Baca. She pulled from her Tex-Mex roots when designing this piece. Notes of agave, citrus, and pepper. Very viscous, with heavy tears cascading down the glass. Nice peppery tingle. Decent flavor, but I’m surprised how oily this is.

Quite viscous with a ton of sweetness this doesn't leave tears on the glass, it left a sheet. I am suspicious of glycerine from the behavoir in the glass. Still, it isn't undrinkable and has a pleasant lingering finish. I think it won't be a repeat purchase though. The distillery has a brick/stone oven and copper stills but this product doesn't use those opting for low pressure autoclave and stainless steel distillation.

Was very bitter on the initial taste, originally thought it might be mixed with diffuser juice. But it opened up as it sat out. Very strong black pepper profile. Aroma: agave, black pepper, green pepper, faint citrus Taste: cooked agave, black pepper, herbs Finish: cinnamon and honey

Blanco is the purest form of Tequila: clear, unaged, and unaltered. In the aroma, you’ll find notes of pure agave complemented by a mix of floral and citrus scents that add a fresh and slightly sweet touch. In the flavor, a taste of agave and kafir lime results in a pleasantly smooth but spicy kick.
