Nose: Cooked agave comes through first, rounded by the comforting scent of warm baked rolls. Olive brine adds a savory edge, balanced by mint, citrus, and a faint touch of cream that softens it all. Palate & Mouthfeel: Thin and slick on entry, it opens with cooked agave and a touch of citrus pith before turning mineral and lightly saline. Vegetal tones build underneath, met by black pepper, cinnamon, and a soft creamy note that ties the edges together. Finish: Clean yet assertive, showing agave, black pepper, and a touch of alcohol. The heat fades faster than expected, leaving things a bit bare after the initial punch. Final Thoughts: A well made tequila with a grounded agave core and savory complexity. I enjoy the flavor balance, but the quick finish leaves it feeling a bit incomplete - pleasant enough, just not lasting.
