Valentina edition. At first the aroma was sting in alcohol and even light formaldehyde. Not good. It opened a little better after some time. Mostly sweet aromas. Very sweet in the taste. Maybe too much but not overtly fake. A lot of cinnamon and very light agave. Finish is warm and ok. Ok to good overall.
Aroma: Very traditional Earthy Deep Cooked Agave that I associate with the Distillery meets you immediately, although the richness is toned down. As this opens up a Citrus note of Orange and Orange Peel flow into a bit of. Lack Pepper and Cinnamon. Baking Spices of Nutmeg, Clove, and touch of Caradamon led themselves too! Coming from the Valley there is a nice Herbal complexity. The Minerality of the water comes through. Taste: he Cooked Agave is reminiscent of Baked Sweet Potatoes and a touch of Earth. A noticeable Pineapple also emerges after the second sip. The Orange Peel and Candied Orange add a nice Sweet kiss of Citrus. Black Pepper and Cinnamon add a need spicy note, but is rounded out by the Baking Spices that a present. A fair amount of Herbalness helps give this some direction and needed bitterness. Finish: The finish is Short in length with the Agave and Cinnamon tastes. Salud!!! .
