On the tongue, black pepper speaks, with honey, fruit and oak that lingers and peaks. A pleasant finish, smooth and long, a gentle close to a spirited song. This añejo is a lovely tribute to the namesake Don Julio Gonzalez. Too bad it's only available in Mexico.
