Light amber color in the glass. Aroma of cooked agave, oak and cinnamon. Flavor of oak and black pepper. Medium finish.

Nothing bad here, but nothing really good. Just fine in a mixed drink. House tequila at Quinta Don Jose in Tlaquepaque.

Same nice nose as the Blanco but takes a drastic dive into a Brazil nut/hazelnut dry finish. I don’t like this very much.

Nose: It has an old fashioned tequila aroma to it - not totally smoothed out for the masses. Caramel, dark cherry, agave and a note of pine resin. Flavor: Sweet agave, a pepper bite, and vanilla. Finishes medium long. Not a tippy top tier tequila, but very solid.

Sazerac Imports bottle from June 2008. Nice mouth feel on entry along with some nice agave and spice notes. Somewhat buzzy finish from the barrel spice, white pepper and alcohol. Nice budget sipper.

Distinct aroma of clay with some oak but with an unpleasant rubbery smell that significantly disrupts any enjoyment of the other aromas. Really nice flavor with a great mix of sweetness and spice. Finish is medium length. 8-19-2016

This is such a great tequila for the money. Drink it straight, or use it in a cocktail - you can't go wrong.

Taste and aroma are just fine. I get this linger in my mouth of either glycerin or artificial sweetener. Faint, but it's there.

Aroma, it hit my nose with vanilla and agave , coming through was also smoke and spices, some alcohol Palate, gave cooked agave , vanilla , pepper and cinnamon, with a alcohol mouthfeel and vegetal undertones. Finish, long finish , leaving vanilla and pepper as it transitions into alcohol hitting the back of the throat warming it, from there the smoky oak lingers until the end. Overall, this is a good budget tequila, can be sipped , although I make a mean margarita with it

Let’s be honest. The nose hits first and it hits HARD. Strong, loud, and not exactly “top shelf elegance.” More like “yo, I’m $24 relax.” Not the prettiest smell on the shelf, but for the price, I wasn’t expecting angels singing either. Now the taste… listen. This thing is powerful. One sip and I swear I grew an extra hair where the sun don’t shine. Smooth? Nah. Subtle? Also nah. It’s bold, a little wild, and definitely lets you know you’re drinking tequila not vanilla water pretending to be one. Aftertaste? Oh, it sticks around. Like that friend who said they were leaving an hour ago but is still on your couch. Peppery, agave-forward, and unapologetic. It’s real. It’s aggressive. It’s memorable. Did I taste a bunch of fancy notes? Honestly… no. It was harsh enough that the flavors were more like vibes. But here’s the thing for $24, this thing absolutely shows up and does its job. Mixer? Yes. Party bottle? Absolutely. Daily sipper? Depends how brave you’re feeling. How this gets ranked up there with higher bottles? Beats me. But hey I’m just The Agave Assassin. You can’t see me. Cooked agave and vanilla aroma. Flavour has caramel and citrus. Finish is a bit crude.

This is a value bottle of tequila that is delicious for the price $250 MXN ($12.50 USD) purchased in San Miguel de Allende near Christmas. I drank it with an ice cube. Tasty finish and exactly what I was looking while staying at an boutique hotel with my wife.

This stuff is pretty good for the price. I don't think I could drink it all the time, but occasionally it would be fine. Very good value. I sipped it.

Sweet agave forward still has a bite to it

Aroma - caramel, vanilla, agave,fruity, smells very tasty Palate - caramel, vanilla, cooked agave, alcohol, little bitterness at the end. For the price 14.99 for 750ml bottle , this is an amazing budget tequila! You can actually sip on this or make awesome margaritas!

Picked this up for 30 bucks 1.75 lt. light to medium Sweet, flowery, buttery, citrus. At this price I was very pleased and it is an exceptional bargain that would stand up to many at twice this cost. For aroma, taste and quality would rate 80. But had to bump it up because of the exceptional value.

Aroma is alcohol forward but the flavour is rich. Not too peppery, slightly sweet. Good for the price point.

Back of front label states: GRACIAS 301009 08:23, possibly bottled on 271009, marbete is from year 2008, 35% abv. Color: yellow to dark yellow. Aroma: raw agave, light herbaceous, light vanilla & wood note, earthy, alcohol aroma is medium. Agave notes become slightly sweet at the end. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, at the end it is slightly bitter. Finish is medium to medium long, raw agave with light vanilla notes persist.
