“I wamted to tey something different so I picked up this rested offering from Lost Lore. The smell of stout beer is very prominent on the nose (this is a fresh crack), but it is not unpleasant. This isn't a blind review so I know to expect the beer smell, so that could have something to do with it. I do not like to drink beer, but I like to cook with it, which is essentially what they did here. And they did a fantastic job. I can't wait for this to open up a little, it will likely be even better. Great job to the team at NOM1414!”

“I wanted to try something different so this one caught my eye. it had a strange, but not unpleasant, aroma that Incouldn't identify until I tasted it. it was bitterness from the coffee; again not unpleasant. Moderately sweet on the palate with a big hit of black coffee on the finish. This one will get people talking. This is pretty pricy at $80/bottle, but it's not one that you're going to go through quickly, so it's okay.”
