“good but not my favorite. I like the repo better and the repo is cheaper. This has more bite and more heat than the repo and the finish isn't as good. I won't be buying any more anjeo, only the repo. still a very good bargain for the $30 price tag. ”

“For $27 bucks a bottle, it's my favorite repo for the price. very good agave/oak/vanilla taste but not too sweet. I like it better than the anjeo, smoother and less bite. I love 1942 but for the price I enjoy this bottle just as much. Such a bargain. ”

“bought this over the 4th of July. what a surprise. for $25, this is definitely worth the price. vanilla, butterscotch, creamy, not much burn at all. i really liked it and for the price will keep buying it. for half the price of Don Julio its a keeper. ”

“this is a highly rated tequila but I find it way too expensive for the taste. I bought it here in Iowa on sale for $69.99 which was ridiculously overpriced. you can get better tasting for much less, like DJ Blanco. I even like Casamigos Blanco better than this for $30 less. it does make excellent margs but way to pricey for that use. ”

“a bit medicine-like at first whiff. Very agave forward, which I like. At first taste I thought it tasted a bit medicine-like but changed to more of a vegetal citrus flavor. I have grown to really like it. I'm receiving the repo tomorrow so I'm anxious to try the whole line. very easy to drink, I do enjoy DJ. ”

“so easy to drink, a great sipper. very heavy on the vanilla and caramel flavors. little burn at all. I'm convinced they are adding flavors to the tequila, no way all that flavor came out of just a barrel. doesn't matter, it's very easy to drink and enjoy. for the price, I almost enjoy El Mayor just as much or even more for the price difference. ”
