NOM 1499 | Purchased while visiting Cancun Mexico. Initial aroma is like a salt marsh, almost sweet with a grassy undertone. Agave is present as well. Flavor agave up front, herbal with a smooth peppery finish. A quality tequila to add to the collection.

NOM 1499 | Vanilla cotton candy, that’s the only thing that pops into my mind, it’s delicious!

NOM 1499 | Sting at the end and flavor isn’t nothing to write home about. For the price I was hoping for better flavor.

NOM 1499 | I’m fairly new to sipping tequila. So that being said I found this smooth and a little sweet with some pepper on the back end. Would recommend.

NOM 1499 | Smooth, carmelly, on the sweet side but a good balance without being overly sweet. Just a touch of agave. Great value for the quality.

NOM 1535 | Cooked Agave with notes of butter, vanilla and oak spice. It is clean but relatively simple. Nice mouthfeel and weight. This would be great crowd pleaser.

NOM 1499 | Nom 1499-1921 Añejo Aroma & flavor: earthy cooked agave, vanilla, and mild alcohol, pepper, and oak from barrel aging. Sweet butterscotch, floral honey, and smooth caramel. Overall, this tequila is a well-crafted, above-average choice for both neat and mixed drinks.

NOM 1499 | Aroma was a pleasant mix of agave and vanilla. . . Flavor was lacking for me. Sweetness and vanilla quickly up front, but not a ton of agave. . . Some pepper in the finish, but it was short. Easy to sip, but didn’t leave me wanting more. This way be a good fit for someone who’s just starting their tequila journey.

NOM 1499 | Caramel nose, sweet flavor, pepper, caramel, slight tongue burn, minimal burn on finish.

NOM 1499 | Fair price for this tequila. It's a go to tequila, for new tequila drinkers.

NOM 1499 | The aroma reminds me of honey and whiskey with agave in the back. The flavour doesn’t quite come as full bodied as an anejo normally does. Whiskey agave and pepper are the flavours in that order. The finish is smooth.

NOM 1499 | Lot of bitterness when sipping and in the finish. Not my favorite.

NOM 1535 | The good stuff

Really enjoyed!! Drinking neat there was a rich variety of flavor highlighting the agave.. on the rocks got a slightly different appeal.. good finish but not great...

Nice aroma with a slight alcohol touch to it. Nice legs on the glass. Good tequila with only a slight burn. There are better but then again there are worse.

Just a great tequila. Aged in oak barrels with peppers. Smooth.

Straw colored anejo with fast legs. Aroma is lacking in volume and alcohol predominates. Slight cooked agave flavors with a faint hint of vanilla show up on palate but then get shut down by a mediocre bitter finish with lingering burn.
