NOM 1646 | Aroma: Sweet floral, caramel, baking spices, oak notes Taste: Opens with a mix of floral and oak notes, follows with green herbs, olive brine, oak and caramel. A little bit harsh towards the end. Finish: Finishes with caramel, floral, baking spice notes that gets sweeter and more floral the longer it sits on the tongue. Compared to the blanco, I liked this one better as I feel the barrel notes helped balance this one out. Loses the most points in the value. Listed at $76.99 at my local TotalWine which feels priced way too high.

Fruity smell with vanilla hints. Sooooooooo smooth! Goes down with zero burn. Ends with vanilla flavor! Exceptional!!!! Worth the 45.00 for the shot!! Use it for special occasions!! Damn good!!!

My notes from a blind tasting: immature agave, alcohol, artificial sweetener. Unpleasant.

Don't be amazed and confused by the pretty blue bottle and the egregious price tag. This is a tequila that I would pass on. Super sweet, thin and awkward flavors. Like the blanco, it doesn't work for me. Hard pass.

Sweet banana-bread in the nose. Light amber color and medium-thin mouthfeel. Sweet with vanilla and caramel notes. Warm in the back of the throat. Medium finish with hints of artificial sweetener and astringency.

This is a solid reposado. Anyone who says otherwise must be confused with Clase Azul. This isn't artificially sweet. Great nose, smooth sip, medium finish. Rested in Woodford and Wild Turkey bourbon barrels. Cinnamon, maple, sweet whiskey, cooked agave in the finish.
