On the nose, I got agave, anise, minerals, light vegetal, banana, and some white pepper The taste was agave, minerality, banana, anise, pepper, cinnamon, lime, vegetal, and fruits. Has a light mouthfeel and a somewhat short finish.

tried neck pour yesterday. got a little agave and cracked pepper with some alcohol and sulfur with a short, dry finish. revisited because i wasn't liking the neck pour, and good thing i revisited and let it sit about 20 mins because it is better today. getting some fruit, a little anise and pepper. Finish is short, dry and fizzy note: rating with an "average value" because I don't know cost UPDATE: Ajusted down slightly for price 56.99

Aroma is sweetish with something else, reminds me of black licorice rock candy. Flavor is better than the aroma with more of the licorice and anise notes. The finish is quick and enjoyable. This one is easy to drink.

NOM 1598 | Funky nose - witch hazel. A bit thin and astringent. Quick finish.

At first sniff, this reminded me at an additive free version of tequila from my college day's, where I wanted to find a slice of lime and some salt and do a shot! This would go well in a margarita with a lime rim. Yet, overpriced for that use in my opinion. It did open up and had a nice finish. Heat on the front, high minerality.
