House tequila at La puerta in SD. Decent overall except for the funk on the aroma.
What’s up with these reviews in the 60s. Possibly a bad batch or something changed. I loved it for the price. What I found is no frills. Just clean cooked agave pepper and vegetalness and actually has a nice coat mouthfeel. Under $25 americanos. There’s few like it.
Not a fan.. very muted with alit alcohol
Musty nose with some agave but overall muted nose. Palate is subtle but has a decent pepper finish. It’s an easy sipper for a great price at $20 for 1L 2026: Trying again and it has opened a lot. Ton of agave and some sweetness on the nose. Mustyness is much less. Adding points for nose and price
