Nose: Cooked agave, olive brine, green pepper, faint nutmeg Taste: Closely follows the nose, cooked agave, olive brine, green pepper and some light floral notes Finish: a little bitter, green notes of olive and pepper, with some light floralness continue I don’t know that I’d be very quick to recommend this one over other options that you can find at a lower price point.

AMM Blind Tasting: Nose is buttery with hints of burnt caramel, toffee, brown sugar, sweet baked bread. A nice color (med-brown) with some cooked agave and wood. Palate is medium bodied with decent heat, woody (dry) with hints of toffee and chocolate. Not overly complex. A nice, easy drinking finish with some hints of vanilla.

AMM Blind. This one received the highest score of 25 for aroma, amazingly clean agave! Aroma is light oak, baking spice, and Granny Smith apple. Finish is a little thin but pleasant.

Light cooked agave, alcohol, raisin and oak on the nose. The taste is high in alcohol. Nice mouth feel on the finish.

Caramel, cinnamon and prunes on the nose. Bitter sweet, tangy dry fruit flavor. Mild bitter finish.

Nose - oak, caramel, burnt brown sugar, leather, pecan pie, vanilla, black cherry, minerals and citrus Taste - Oak, apple pie spices, nougat, sweet tea, pepper, vanilla, graham cracker and anise light viscosity but medium finish thats sweet and warm

TMM/AMM XA Blinds Dec 2025 #6 Light in color Nose: first off I get apple cider! Barrel spice On the high nose; possibly raspberries, an herbal note, some tropical/banana and some funk (malolactic). As it sat, I got honey, caramel, vanilla as well Palate: is familiar = apple and cloves! Vanilla caramel a cooked agave sugars come thru with mild oak influences and back to apples on the finish Finish: medium length and a nice spicy heat

tasted blind with 9 other Extra Añejo of various ABV. Pale gold in color this is very aromatic as poured. Sweet on entry this has a nice balance in the mouth with flavors of roast agave, barrel spice and a short fading finish.

Tasted blind with AMM: Citrus aromas of orange and lemon. Flavors of orange and cinnamon. Mouthfeel is very creamy, too viscous for my preference.
