Tasted blind. The first sniff of this was amazing with citrus agave, and perhaps a little banana. Flavor had grapefruit, some sweetness and general light fruitiness finish was minty mildy spicy with some fruit. Tasty.

Blind tasting via AMM: Tart aroma with a slight vinegar twang. Flavor is very fruity and reminds me of Juicy Fruit gum. Nice medium tingly finish.

On the nose, cheese! Another lovely lactic nose on this particular sample. I happen to love cheesey tequila, so I’m not complaining. Underneath the cheese balls is a beautiful perfume component with pickled fruit basket. On the palate is savory fruits(some pickled), melon, grape, cantaloupe, overripe strawberries, apples on the verge of spoil(but nice), pepper, yeasty, musty, pickled flowers(is that a thing?), minerality, cactus candy, guava… This is wonderful

Clear with clear thin edge. • Initial Nasal Impact: Warming. • Aroma: Tropical fruit, light fresh catnip, fennel. • Mouthfeel: Oily with sufficient alcohol • Flavor: Grilled Tropical fruit, smoke, jalapeño, fennel • Finish: Med/long finish with grilled Tropical fruit, fennel and light smoke.
