I’m not claiming this includes diffuser-made Tequila, but from the diffuser-made products I’ve had, I do find very similar notes. Nose: There is some remaining cooked agave, but it struggles against sharp medicinal and bitter herbal notes, with a faint touch of vanilla underneath. Taste: Green or raw agave comes through more prominently than cooked agave. The profile is harsh, with acetone, bitter citrus, herbs, black pepper, and an unusual warmed-plastic character. Finish: Acidic and sharp, with lingering anise and pepper.
