“Lot 2 bottle 120. Great presentation with agave fiber around the neck. Needs some work on the topper connection to the cork. Hand blown bottle. AROMA: There is a very mild aroma unlike other brands. I pick up cherries and hints of maple and slight molasses. FINISH: very short, no special effects, No lingering bitterness, no harsh alcohol burn, fades warmly like a dark chocolate. FLAVOR: starts with a citric blast and quickly transitions to Maple and slight molasses and evaporated rum, lingering cacao. VALUE: unbelievable for artesenal juice. This is different from what most people are used to, approach this juice with an open mind”
