“My god!!! This is a gem of a find. Nose: at first i got vegetal citrus pepper. Then the agave and fruit came out. It kept evolving! Anise and mint came forward. It gets more complex as it opens. Palate: agave pepper minerality and anise Finish: sweet agave and pepper that finishes smooth and easy. I'm impressed!!!”
