“Although this mixto gets decent reviews from tequila aficionados, I just simply don’t see any reason why I would go for this one. The alcohol from other sugars overpower the agave… Why would any tequila lover want a mixto in the first place… The 100% agave version of El Tequileño is a different tier”

“Wow, The aroma on this one is exquisite, I get some lactic notes, Highland agave sweetness all over, flavor almost aligns with the aroma, finish is medium but very pleasant, When I found out that it is 90 proof I was stunned, this tequila goes down so easlily, I thought it was was 80 proof, a masterpiece of a master distiller, Felipe Camarena - you did it again, enhorabuena!”

“knew I had to manage my expectations, drank it because they had anything else, something is just off, to artificially sweet, not balanced, too many edges, ethanol meets sweeteners, are additives allowed im blancos? seems like yes, additive bomb, all in all I assume it’s textbook diffusor garbage, enjoy ”
