“A bit grassy on the nose (previously opened 6mo. Prior). Vanilla/caramel up front w/ definite heat on the back end. Very smooth at start w/ spicy finish. Lingering flavors of agave & vanilla honey draw back in for another sip. All holds up on next big taste & Oak is pronounced. Fans of 18yr Highland Scotch will love this. Beautiful bottle & presentation. Not important to flavor, but when shelling out serious $, it’s nice to have a classy representation atop the bar. Draws the curious in. ”

“NOm 1559 bottle 281 4277 BR Nose is not overpowering w/ anything First sip def pick up pepper & agave. Maybe hint of honey. Second taste I can find honey maybe caramel, but def pepper up front. Pleasant finish. Solid reposado. ”
