“This was a treat. Finished in sherry , cognac and scotch barrels for at least 3 years this has complexity. I get a ton of cognac influence . Oak Cinnamon Vanilla Agave is still there (very little tho) Only thing holding this back is the price because I can’t drink it more often but hey I understand why the price is the price ! ”
