“This is great for margaritas. If you like adding a splash of mezcal to your margs even better. As a neat pour, the first thing I taste is sulphur and a metallic sting. There’s also an herbaceous note with some zinging blueberry. The front of the pallet is quite a bit sweeter than you’d expect from the nose. That’s the first and most prominent note. It’s young, it’s silver. I didn’t want to keep sipping it neat but I can’t wait to use it in a cocktail.”
