“For first tastings, I typically serve in a Reidl tasting glass. Then sample both nose and palate several times over a 15 minute period. Immediately after the pour, the nose bright citrus and orange peel with a hint of vanilla and the taste was bright agave with a warm finish. After ~5 mins, the agave started to open up on both the nose and palate. After 15 mins it was surprisingly mild for an ovenproof, and wonderfully delicious. This is my favorite blanco to date. ”

“Though I’m fairly new to the tequila world, this bottle has been my go to as soon as I tried it. Very light in color as respos go. Mild on the nose with cooked agave and notes of butterscotch and Carmel. On the pallet it strikes me as velvety and smooth with a mild bitter finish. Love it! ”
