A lot going on with this blanco. Bright crisp clean with cooked agave citrus and black pepper up front followed by a vegetal and earthy flavor with some mint joining in. The pepper is up front and at the back end giving some heat at the finish. Definitely a good mixer for cocktails and a pleasant sipper for a blanco
LALO HP Blanco 2025 It continues evolving! The nose is amazingly complex, and the palate is an agave bomb (which i love)!!! sweet cooked agave, sweet potato, with herbal/vegetal notes, dried fruit, minerality, citrus, pepper, some brine/olive at the finish I'm enjoying this 2025 lote more than the previous lote
