Very good budget tequila for sipping or cocktails. Not very complex but full of flavor and great price.

I got this bottle as a gift. Medium amber in the glass. Aroma of cooked agave, vanilla, oak and baking spice. Flavor of cooked agave, black pepper, vanilla, oak and baking spice. Medium finish.
Light peach, fruit, raisin, aromas. Dry flavor, with fruit and a touch of cinnamon and clove. Full body and mouthfeel. Best of all, very affordable. This is a good dependable sipper.
Nose: Initial hit of moderate oak. Then pleasant earthy notes and a hint of lactic. Robust ripe red fruit, a suggestion of pears and agave roll in. Pulling up the rear are mellow vanilla and cinnamon. Flavor: This drinks more like a repo than an añejo. Spicy cinnamon, cloves and pepper. Sweet nuttiness, vanilla and toffee. Finishes with trace aniseed and pepper melding with the agave.
Very good budget tequila, Repo was clean agave foward but light, not complex at all. Perfect for cocktails.
