You can sip it, but Lou thinks it's best as a mixer tequila.
flavor is pleasant but kinda chaotic. way better than I thought it was going to be but not amazing. on the nose: raw agave, some cooked agave, grass, and citrus, mostly orange. on the palate: agave, black pepper out in front. bit of bitterness and ethanol but not unpleasant. long finish with heat but clean for the most part.
