“AROMA: The first smell is roasted agave — sweet, like it's been slow-cooked, not raw. Underneath that, there's a warm, earthy pepper note you notice before you even taste it. Then some herbal notes come through, like dried sage. At the end, a light citrus note shows up — more like lime peel than lime juice. Overall it's balanced, nothing too strong. FLAVOR: Tastes like cooked agave right away — sweet and roasted. Then it turns a bit dirty, almost earthy, mineral- soil after rain . There's a buttery smoothness underneath that sweet softens everything out. Citrus comes through next, bright but not sour. And right at the finish, a touch of pepper gives it a little kick. FINISH: The finish brings back that sweet agave, lingering nice and smooth. There's a buttery softness that coats the palate all the way through. And right at the very end, a light touch of pepper shows up, giving it a warm, gentle kick to close things out.”
