Batch 002 | Very tasty! Up until now I had only sampled some of the small batch projects, so I was curious about the blended standard release. It’s excellent. Lovely fresh fruity and floral aroma. Palate opens light and agave forward, then some fruit and a reveal of oaky reposado notes with some barrel spice and black pepper on the finish. The fruity notes remind me of lychee from my days traveling to China—rose, pear, grape.
