“I was gifted this little ‘puppy’ & wasn’t really sure about it The aroma is mild with some agave but also some alcohol in it The Flavor is good not great but you could make a nice margarita with it The finish while drinking it straight has some lasting flavor but still lacks a great overall taste I probably wouldn’t recommend this since it seems To be a little too expensive to recommend”

“I got a bottle of this blanco for Father’s Day, thanks to my daughter. The aroma has a nice blend of Agave, pepper & maybe some slight vanilla The taste is crisp with the agave not too strong but there is a slight alcohol taste. Nothing that will turn you off but it is there. The finish is good but not excellent stays non the tongue but not a burn It would make a decent Margarita & I would drink it again I would recommend it to friends who like blanco”

“Really nice Reposado, aroma is lots of agave, fruit, apple with some vanilla. The taste follows the aroma really well but adds that bourbon barrel taste. This is a clean but complex tequila that is really nice for a slow sip ”

“Aroma is caramel & vanilla with smooth cooked agave. There is the same elements in the taste as well as bourbon from the barrels (maybe others as well) But the taste is smooth and clean, and lasts just long enough to be an easy drink I heard about this from Grover & I thank him for that recommendation. Since I then bought a bottle I WILL drink it again & recommend it my friends”

“This Anejo has a nice flavor but there is an after bite that lingers. Has a distinct alcohol flavor The aroma seems to be somewhat fruity & or flowery plus the usual agave. There are some minimal spice flavors but they are hidden under the others They don’t use any wood barrels to age this tequila so there is a lack of that usual oak or bourbon flavor which might account for the alcohol taste ”

“A very nice blend with the usual Agave fruity flavors, might be some berries in there not sure. They use bourbon barrels for aging but I seem to detect a different alcohol taste in there. Could be wrong I am a novice at this. The taste is really nice & not too much bit but lingers very nice on the tongue Can’t find it everywhere but I think it’s worth the hunt ”

“It seems to have more flavors to it than agave, but it is a decent blend if you like that sort of thing. It seems to have an abundance of vanilla & other sweet flavors. Not my favorite but it is a decent tequila”

“This is a fine Anejo, it has the usual flavors in & I think a bit of Citrus, Lime? The taste is smooth and lingers nicely on my tongue. Like other companies they use bourbon barrels to age their products & you taste it especially as it lingers on the tongue”

“A nice inexpensive Anejo, good for those times when you just want something light. It was recommended by a bartender I know. It has a bite to it but it is not overpowering in its taste. I am not sure how long they actually age it, it seems young when you taste it but when you let it sit it seems to take on a better overall taste”

“This is a quite nice Anejo, clear smooth taste with the usual Don Julio aromas, agave, vanilla etc. It is their standard Anejo but definitely worth the price. One of my standard sipping tequilas”

“One of the first Blanco Anjeo’s I have seen & I found the nose/taste to be excellent. Hints of vanilla & pepper. The taste lingers on your tongue but is smooth. The story as I heard it was Don Julio himself decided to do this but unfortunately passed away before it was bottled”

“This is Don Julio’s high end tequila. They finish it in their bourbon barrels & the taste shows this. It is expensive but for those occasions it is worth it. The Agave & vanilla in the taste is blended in a great way with some subtle hints of spice. One of my favorites”
