“Has a stunning red hue to it. Pre-swirl I'm getting notes of sweet cooked agave, spices, cinnamon and carmal. First sip is good. 2nd sip even better and it opens up into a complex profile. Sweet cooked agave is present immediately, then a sweet flan/ creme brulee, butter, toffee and some barrel influence. But agave sits right in the center as the star. extremely good juice. I couldn't factor in value because I was gifted a pour from a buddy! Salud ”

“Was lucky enough to get a couple pour sample sent to me by a buddy! This did not disappoint. Aroma is sweet, cooked agave, citrus and some mint. Flavor translates over from smell, but with everything intensified. Over all, a very great blanco! Sweet agave punch in the face, finishes with pepper that is perfect. Not a short finisher, but not extremely long. Would have rated this at least 3 more points if price was sky high right now. ”

“Apple cider and Fruity on aromas waft off thus. Smells sweet, and slight acetone. Tastes much bolder than it smells. Nice cinnamon and pepper, almost jalapeño that has an extremely long finish deepening in your chest. Very nice repo from 1123!”
